Each floor cushion is thoughtfully handmade with the care of four skilled artisan specialties, including wood carvers, block printers, sewists, and dye specialists.
The design is hand-pressed onto cotton using hand-carved wooden blocks dipped in dye, after which the printed fabric is taken to local sewists who carefully stuff and stitch each cushion by hand.
Produced in small batches, no two cushions are exactly alike. Subtle variations in color and pattern are part of what makes each piece uniquely handcrafted.
