We want you to love what you order — if something’s not quite right, most items can be returned or exchanged within 45 days of delivery.

Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items
Some items are not eligible for return or exchange. These include select handmade, seasonal, fragile, or discounted products.

• Items that are Final Sale or Non-Returnable will be clearly noted on the product page, directly below the product title.

• If such an item arrives damaged, you will receive a refund or replacement (depending on availability).

Standard Returns
For items not marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable:

• You have 45 days from delivery to return your item for a full refund.

• Items must be returned in original condition.

• Please provide your order confirmation number or the name and shipping address used at checkout.

Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, simply send us a picture. You’ll receive either a full refund or a free replacement, depending on your preference.
