We want you to love what you order - if something's not quite right, most items can be returned or exchanged within 45 days of delivery. 

Final sale: Some items are marked final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged. This includes select handmade, seasonal, or discounted items. 

Final sale items will be clearly noted on the product page in bold at the top of the description with the following statement:

"This item is final sale and not eligible for return or exchange."

Time Frame: For items not marked final sale, you have 45 days from the date of delivery to return your item for a full refund.

Condition: Items must be returned in original condition.

Proof of Purchase: Please send us either your order confirmation number, or name and address that the item was shipped to.

Damaged Items

If you receive any items that are damaged or defective, please take a picture and send it to us. You will receive either a full refund, or a free replacement, depending on which you would prefer.
