Casa Amarosa was founded by Nirali Guzman, whose nostalgia for her homeland of India helped shape the brand’s vision. Inspired by the color, texture, and vibrancy of Indian textiles and artisan-made goods, Casa Amarosa brings thoughtfully designed home accents to new audiences while honoring the craft traditions behind each piece.
The brand works with small producers, nonprofit organizations, micro-enterprises, and women artisans throughout India. Sustainability is central to Casa Amarosa’s approach, with a focus on small-batch production, individually crafted goods, and textural designs that celebrate the natural character of the materials.
Many of the artisans behind Casa Amarosa’s collection are women from rural areas of India, where this work provides an important source of income for both artisans and their families. Through ethical partnerships and artisan-centered production, Casa Amarosa supports women’s economic opportunity, creative expression, healthy workspaces, and stronger local communities.
